Description editor

When you edit something in Riskrunner, almost everywhere you’ll see a descripton text box that has some extra buttons. This is the richtext editor. It allows you to add headers, lists, make text bold, italic and underline.

Headers

There are two ways you can add headers to your text. You can:

1. Select the text, and click the H1 button.

2. Type # and then type your header text.

The second way doesn’t require you to hightlight text and click buttons, so it can be quicker once you get used to it.

To add a second level header (or H2), the shortcut is ## , and for third level header (H3) is ### .

Bold

To make text bold, select some text and either:

1. Click the B button.

2. Type ctrl+b.

Links

To add a link, select some text, and either:

1. Click the link button which gives you a popup to type or paste in your link.

2. As a shortcut, you can copy a URL, then select some text and paste it. This will automatically turn it into a link.
