Field value review

This is a special type of review that allows you to easily update the values of certain fields after choosing a specific instance or definitions.

Go to the review page, and start by clicking on “Add Review”: Choose the Fields type of review :

Click save and you will be asked which instance or definitions you want to do the review on.

Click save and you will arrive to this page :

On this page you can choose the field you want to update. Click save after you choosing the field and you will arrive to this page:

Here you can choose every definition or instance(from what you have choose) that have a field value for the selected field. For example here “Effectiveness” is only attached to consequence definitions.

Click “Include” to go on the next step.

You will see a summary of the review and the field it will impact. You can now start the review.

The review will become active once the start button is press.

And now you arrive onto the final step of this review:

Here, you can update or set a value for each instance included in this review. Additionally, you can add a comment, which will be displayed in the value’s history. Save each row with its new value, and once completed, click the finish button.

Warning

Keep in mind that you can not start this review if you include a definition or a instance which is inside an active review.
